The Raffel System is a Client/Server software product designed and developed by HiTech W.L.L. for Banks to manage the entire operation of the Raffle Scheme. The following are the objectives in implementing the CUSTOMER REWARDS SYSTEM.

To encourage customers to participate in the new scheme Bank will carry out monthly draws with a fixed number of prizes to be won. For each customer to maintain a minimum of BD 100 to be eligible for a ticket in the draw.

For the customer to retain his eligible balance with the bank for a minimum period of one month to be entitled for the Monthly draw. Similarly, for the eligible balance to be maintained for a minimum period of 3 months for the customer to be part of the Quarterly draw, and for the minimum balance to be maintained for 6 continuous months for the customer to be eligible for the Annual draw. For the Customer to be eligible to win more than one prize in a draw.
